Barlinek S.A. is the greatest Polish producer of triple layer floor is and a leading Polish producer of veneers. The Company is also the one of the greatest suppliers
of triple layer wooden floors in the world. The Company conducts activity within the Capital Group.
The basic product of Capital Group Barlinek S.A. is triple layer floor planks from fine species of native and exotic woods, commonly known as Barlinek floorboards. Due to the application of technical solutions (in particular the glue free barclick connection), the Barlinek floorboard combines aesthetic and functional values of classic natural parquet floors, with the ease of laying of a panel floor. The group also offers certified floors for sports facilities – barkiet sport. The Barlinek floorboard is the highest class of floor from natural wood, it ensures excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, is resistant to distortion and mechanical damage, and it does not provoke allergies. No less significant an area of activity of Capital Group Barlinek S.A. is the production of veneers - from the highest quality natural veneers award of native and exotic wood species. Capital Group Barlinek S.A. j is also the producer of ecological granulated fuel cell all pellets produced from by-product wood waste.
The product range of Capital Group has enabled the building of a uniform image of the BARLINEK brand, as being synonymous with „natural floors”, produced from raw material originating from rationally used forest resources (FSC Certificate).
Capital Group is composed of:
- „Barlinek” S.A. with registered office in Kielce, the dominant Company; leader in the Polish triple layer wooden floor market and is a commercial Company.
- Barlinek Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Barlinek, in which „Barlinek” S.A. owns 100% of the share capital, the production Company operates in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone Sub-Zone Barlinek.
- Barlinek Luxemburg S.A.R.L. with registered office in Luxemburg, in which „Barlinek” S.A. owns 100% of the share capital. The Company conducts activity in the extent of capital investment.
- Barlinek Cyprus Limited with registered office in Nicosia (Cyprus), in which 99.95 % of the share capital is owned by Barlinek Luxemburg S.A.R.L. and 0.05% the shares are possessed by „Barlinek” S.A. The company conducts activity in capital investment.
- Barlinek Invest Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Winnica (Ukraine), in which „Barlinek” S.A. possessed 99% of the shares in the share capital. On the 20.10.2006 the shares in Barlinek Invest Sp. z o.o. were taken over by Barlinek Cyprus Limited. The object of the activity the company is production – production of floor planks.
- Barlinek Innowacje Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Barlinek, in which „Barlinek” S.A. possesses 100% of the shares in the share capital. At present the Company conducts no activity, the intended activity of the Company is to be the management of licences and patents within the Capital Group.
- Barlinek Norge AS with registered office in Kongsberg, Norway, in which „Barlinek” S.A. possesses 100% of the shares in the share capital. The object of the activity of the Company Is the distribution of the products of Capital Group Barlinek S.A. in the Norwegian market.
- Barlinek Deutschland GmbH with registered office in Daun, Germany, in which „Barlinek” S.A. possesses 100% of the shares in the share capital. The object of the activity of the Company is the distribution of the products of Capital Group Barlinek S.A. in the German market.
- Barlinek RUS with registered office in Czerepowiec, Russia, in which „Barlinek” S.A. possesses 100% of the shares in the share capital. The Company shall be a production company.
All subjects of the Capital Group are subject to consolidation.
„Barlinek” S.A. and subjects of Capital Group do not possess branches (establishments).
