Contents of the report:

The Management of Barlinek S.A. (the Issuer) hereby makes public the list of shareholders owning at least 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as of June 29th 2010:

1. Mr Michał Sołowow indirectly through dependent subjects– 99,909.633 ordinary bearer shares, giving 99,909.633 votes at the OGM and constituting 89,75 % of the votes participating at the OGM and 68.82 % of the total number of votes.

2. AVIVA OFE AVIVA BZ WBK - 7,000.000 ordinary bearer shares, giving 7,000 000 votes at the OGM and constituting 6,2879 % of the votes participating at the OGM and 4.82 % of the total number of votes.
