Content of the report:

The Management of Barlinek S.A. (the Issuer), with reference to Current Report 21/2009 of 18 June 2009 and Current Report 32/2009 of 5 August 2009, hereby announces that on 31 January 2011 it received a ruling from the Szczecin-Centrum District Court in Szczecin from 21 January 2011 regarding entering an amendment into a Pledge Registry of a pledge on movable property categorised by type and being the property of Barlinek Inwestycje Spółka z o.o. in Barlinek (a subsidiary of Barlinek SA) towards ABN AMRO Bank (Polska) S.A. based in Warsaw.

The change to the entry concerned the registered value of inventory and finished goods - this was entered as 83,906,924.00 PLN according to the value as of 30 September 2010, and the maximum hedge up to the sum of 92,160,000.00 PLN.
