Contents of the report:

The Management of Barlinek S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) hereby announces that pursuant to Article 66 section 4 of the Accounting Act and in accordance with § 20 section 2 pt 5 of the Company Statute and the applicable legislation and professional standards, on 22 June, 2011 the Company's Supervisory Board adopted resolution nr 12/06/2011 regarding the choice of DORADCA Zespół Doradców Finansowo-Księgowych (Financial and Accountancy Consultants) Sp. z o.o., based in 20-011 Lublin at Al. J. Piłsudskiego 1a, as the expert auditor authorised to examine the unconsolidated financial reports of Barlinek SA and the consolidated financial report of the Barlinek Capital Group SA for the next two years.

DORADCA Zespół Doradców Finansowo-Księgowych Spółka z o.o. with registered office at Lublin, Al. Piłsudskiego 1a, is an entity authorised to examine financial reports entered on the list maintained by the National Council of Statutory Auditors entry number 232.

Barlinek S.A. has used the services of DORADCA Zespół Doradców Finansowo-Księgowych Sp. z o.o. in examining the Company's financial reports for the years 2004-2010 and the capital group's consolidated financial reports for the years 2005-2010, and in reviewing the Company's half-yearly unconsolidated and consolidated financial reports for 2005-2010.

Legal basis:

§ 5 item 1 pt 19 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a state which is not an EU member state of 19 February 2009 (Journal of Laws No 33/2009, item 259).
