Contents of the report

Pursuant to Article 70 item 1 of the Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading Systems/Public Companies Act of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws No 184 / 2005 item 1539) the Management Board of Barlinek SA announces that on 13 June 2011 the Issuer received information:

1. from FTF Galleon S.A. based in Luxembourg at Charles de Gaulle 2-8, L-1635 Luxembourg announcing a GM of FTF Galleon S.A. on 8 June 2011, at which a resolution was adopted to increase the share capital of FTF Galleon S.A. in exchange for a non-monetary payment in the form of shares in Barlinek S.A., in connection with which FTF Galleon S.A.'s position with regard to the intention to increase shares in Barlinek S.A., expressed in the previous report by FTF Galleon S.A. of 5.11.2010 (current report 24/2010 of 5.11.2010) has been changed by the will of the shareholders.

FTF Galleon S.A. also announced that on 9 June 2011 it purchased a total of 4,068,166 (four million sixty eight thousand one hundred and sixty six) shares in Barlinek S.A.. The share purchase took place outside the regulated market, by enactment of the resolution to increase the share capital of FTF Galleon S.A. passed at the GM on 8 June 2011 and as a result of the appropriate entry in the securities account.

On 13 June 2011 FTF Galleon S.A. owns 87,821,671 shares in Barlinek S.A. constituting 60.5 % of the share capital and giving 87,821,671 votes, constituting 60.5 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Barlinek S.A.

Before the aforementioned event, FTF Galleon S.A. owned 83,753,505 shares in Barlinek S.A. constituting 57.69 % of the share capital and giving 83,753,505 votes, constituting 57.69 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Barlinek S.A.

FTF Galleon S.A. is a subsidiary of Mr Michał Sołowow.

2. From Mr Michał Sołowow announcing that FTF Galleon S.A. had purchased a total of 4,068,166 (four million sixty eight thousand one hundred and sixty six) shares in Barlinek S.A.. The share purchase took place on 9 June 2010 outside the regulated market, by enactment of the resolution to increase the share capital of FTF Galleon S.A. passed at the GM on 8 June 2011 and as a result of the appropriate entry in the securities account. On 13 June 2011 Michał Sołowow owns, indirectly through subsidiaries, a total of 103,977,799 shares in Barlinek S.A. constituting 71.62 % of the share capital and giving 103,977,799 votes, constituting 71.62 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Barlinek S.A., of which:

• FTF Galleon S.A. 87,821,671 shares in Barlinek S.A. constituting 60.5 % of the share capital and giving 87,821,671 votes, constituting 60.5 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Barlinek S.A.

• Barcocapital Investment Limited 16,156,128 shares in Barlinek S.A. constituting 11.13 % of the share capital and giving 16,156,128 votes, constituting 11.13 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Barlinek S.A.

Before the aforementioned event, Mr Michał Sołowow owned indirectly through subsidiaries 99,885,633 shares in Barlinek S.A. constituting 68.81 % of the share capital and giving 99,885,633 votes, constituting 68.81 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Barlinek S.A.

• FTF Galleon S.A. 83,753,505 shares in Barlinek S.A. constituting 57.69 % of the share capital and giving 83,753,505 votes, constituting 57.69 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Barlinek S.A.

• Barcocapital Investment Limited 16,156,128 shares in Barlinek S.A. constituting 11.11 % of the share capital and giving 16,156,128 votes, constituting 11.11 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Barlinek S.A.
