Contents of the report:

The Management of Barlinek S.A. (the Issuer) hereby makes public the list of shareholders owning at least 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as of June 29th 2010:

1. Mr Michał Sołowow – 83,753,505 ordinary bearer shares, giving 83,753,505 votes at the OGM and constituting 78,3 % of the votes participating at the OGM and 57.693 % of the total number of votes.

2. Barcocapital Investment Limited – 16,132,128 ordinary bearer shares, giving 16,132,128 votes at the OGM and constituting 15,08 % of the votes participating at the OGM and 11.113 % of the total number of votes.
