Contents of the report:

The Management Board of Barlinek S.A. (Issuer) hereby presents the publication dates for interim financial statements in 2010.

1. Consolidated quarterly reports containing shortened financial statements and shortened unconsolidated financial statements (QSr):

for 4th quarter of 2009 - March 1st 2010

for 1st quarter of 2010 - May 14th 2010

for 3rd quarter of 2010 - November 15th 2010

2. Unconsolidated annual report for 2009 containing individual financial statements (R) - April 30th 2010.

3. Consolidated annual report for 2009 containing consolidated financial statements (R) - April 30th 2010.

4. Consolidated half-yearly report for the 1st half of 2010 containing shortened consolidated financial statement and shortened unconsolidated financial statement (PSr) - August 31st 2010.

The Management Board of Barlinek SA declares that pursuant to §83 par.1 and 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance (Journal of Laws no. 33 item 259) the Issuer will not publish separate unconsolidated quarterly and half-yearly reports.

Legal basis: Paragraph 103 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 (Journal of Laws No 33, item 259) regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a state which is not an EU member state.
