The management of Barlinek S.A. hereby announces that on June 29th 2010 the Supervisory Board of Barlinek S.A. appointed The Management Board for new 3 year - term in composition:

Mr Paweł Wrona – President of the Management Board

Ms Wioleta Bartosz – Member of the Management Board

Mr Ryszard Pyrek - Member of the Management Board

Mr Marek Janke - Member of the Management Board

Mr Paweł Wrona completed higher education studies at the Technical University of Kielce; he graduated from the Electrical Faculty and majored in automatic control engineering. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Higher School of Economics in Kielce. He graduated from the Marketing and Management Faculty and majored in management of human resources.

Paweł Wrona does not conduct activity competitive with regard to the Issuer; he is not a partner in a competitive general partnership or a competitive partnership; he is not a member in a governing body of a joint stock company as well as he is not a member in a governing body of any other competitive legal entity. He has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act on the National Court Registry.

Ms Wioleta Bartosz completed her Finance and Banking studies at the University of Szczecin with a specialisation in Accountancy and Finance Management. Ms Wioleta Bartosz is a licensed tax adviser, no. 10497.

From July 1st 2003 until June 30th 2006, Ms Wioleta Bartosz was an independent executive of Barlinek S.A.

Since February 14th 2005, Ms Wioleta Bartosz has been an independent executive of Barlinek Inwestycje ltd.

Ms Wioleta Bartosz does not conduct any business operations in competition with the Company, nor is she is a partner of any competing civil company or individual, nor a member of any body of a capital company or member of any body of any other competing legal person. She has not been entered on the register of bad debtors kept on the basis of the National Court Register Act.

Mr Ryszard Pyrek has a secondary technical education (a forestry technician).

Since January 1st 2006, Mr Ryszard Pyrek has been employed by Barlinek Inwestycje ltd as Managing Director. On May 2nd 2006 Mr Ryszard Pyrek was appointed Chairman of the Board of Management of Barlinek Inwestycje ltd. From June 2006 Mr Ryszard Pyrek holds the position the Member of The Management Board.

Mr Ryszard Pyrek’s previous professional experience has mainly been connected with work in Barlinek SA. (1999-2005) in management positions (Head of Production, Production Manager, Managing Director), and earlier in the Barlinek Wood Industry Company (1973-1976 and 1978-1999) in positions connected with woodworking, and later in management posts.

Mr Ryszard Pyrek is not a partner of any competing civil company or individual, nor a member of any body of a capital company or member of any body of any other competing legal person. He has not been entered on the register of bad debtors kept on the basis of the National Court Register Act.

In 1998 Marek Janke completed higher education studies at the Maritime University of Szczecin at the Navigation Faculty, specializing in sea transport, and received MSc Eng. title. Additionally, in 2007 he completed Executive MBA studies organized by the Gdańsk Foundation of Managers Education in cooperation with Business Centre Club, the University of Gdańsk and RSM Erasmus University. Marek Janke has participated in numerous training courses including the courses in the scope of finance, management and negotiations.

Since April 2004 Mr Marek Janke has been employed at Barlinek SA at the position of Sales Director and has been responsible for the sale of products and goods distributed by the Company in Poland as well as in the foreign markets. His knowledge and skills relating to the sale activities as well as effective and efficient actions are the most important rationale for the decision of the Supervisory Bard, especially in connection with further plans of a considerable extension of the scope of activities of Barlinek SA. Before he joined Barlinek S.A., Mr Marek Janke was employed (2001-2004) at the company named Zespół Sprzedażowy Sp. z o.o. (Sales Team limited liability company) at the position of Business Development Manager. In years 2000 - 2001 he was employed at Brams Eksport-Import company at the position of Marketing and Sales Manager. In years 1998 - 2000 he worked at P.H. Marco and dealt with retail sale of food products.
