Report contents:

The management of Barlinek S.A. (the Issuer) hereby make public a list of information communicated in 2007. The document is in the attached file.

The original copies of the reports are in Barlinek SA’s headquarters at al. Solidarności 36 in Kielce. The Issuer posts the current and periodical reports on its website www.barlinek.com.pl.

At the same time, the Issuer hereby gives notice that some of the information contained in the aforementioned reports may now be out of date.
